Question: Do you offer services outside of Wordpress?

Yes. Although they may not all be listed in the “Services” section accessed from the front page at this time.

Wordpress services are offered both as complete packages and as individual items. The “Full Setup + Support Package” includes everything required to acquire your personal or professional web-presence. We also help with individual parts of existing websites.

Answer:
I you choose our Full Setup + Service Package it will last for one year. Other options are 3-month term and 6-month terms.
Question: What is a “domain-name”?
Answer:
Wikipedia defines “domain name” as “An identification label that defines a realm of administrative autonomy, authority, or control in the Internet, based on the Domain Name System (DNS).So basically, a domain-name is your personal address, or “name” on the internet.
Question: Can I have any domain name I want?
Answer:
Yes and no. Two things will determine that. As long as the name isn’t already taken you can. And, the domain name cannot infringe upon any existing corporate domain-name. You can’t have a domain-name like “Joe-Pepsi-Cola”. You can check to see if your preferred domain-name is available “here”.

If you choose to purchase our full package, it will be good for one year. Other options are: 3-month terms and 6-month terms, but the itemized initial setup charge is the same.
Question: How long will it take to get my site?
Answer:
The average time for setup and activation is 3-5 days.
Question: Something is wrong with my site. What do I do?
Answer:
If you are having problems with your site you have two options. The first would be to use our “Live Support”. You can see it from any page of our site and it will tell you if an operator is online to help you. If an operator is not online you will need to create a support ticket from the “Support” link on any page of our site. “Here” is the Support-Ticket Service page.

Answer:
If you purchased our Full Setup + Support Package you will receive an answer within six-hours 24/7/365 and have access to our support phone number M-F / 9-5 MST. This phone number is only available to customers who have purchased the Full Setup + Support Package. All other packages and services must submit a “Support Ticket” or use our “Live Help” if an operator is online.
